has held senior positions as both a buyer and supplier of research in Australian and the UK. Her research passions
are branding, communication, tourism, FMCG, property
and the not-for-profit sector.

Rhonda McLaren
Rhonda has sixteen years of research experience on both
the agency and client side of the industry. Customer and stakeholder satisfaction is her key research specialty, for
both the government and private sectors. Rhonda also
has extensive experience in social research and public
health studies.
